All JC saddles feature a handcrafted wooden tree. A latex layer provides a soft and comfortable seat. A
mechanic press is used to cut the leather into shape. The optimal distribution of the templates is important
keep the waste small. A 900 square meter plant allow over 70 workers to manufacture more than 10,000
saddles a year. Sewing machines are used, but the panels are sewn by hand. Flaps are attached with
pneumatic ailers. JC panels are woolstuffed and can be restuffed by a saddler if needed. All springtrees must
pass a strict quality control. The chiefdesigner and foreman is in charge of improving constantly JC products.
The saddles are put into boxes after the final quality control. JC produtcs are sold in Europe, America,
Southafrica and Australia.
